You must contact Solid Roots within 30 days of purchase by emailing email@example.com or using the form on our Contact Us page. If you receive a damaged item, you can return your product for a new product of equal or lesser value, or a refund to the original payment method. In the event of receiving a damaged item, please take pictures of your damaged product and email us the images, and we will work with you to find the best solution to make it right!
